Legs and corn. First time cooking corn. Left on a little too long. Still very good. Practice makes perfect...

Those both look good. How long did you cook the corn? I once over-smoked corn and it turned out like gnawing on a piece of burnt wood. Yours look really good.
 
I put them on at the same time as the legs. Cooked about 2 hrs. Didn't soak. Pulled the husks back, rubbed with olive oil & spices, pulled husks back over. After an hour or so, pulled husks back like the picture. A little dry...may soak next time and not leave on so long.
 
looks great! beautiful cook. I have also had mixed results with corn. Love the concept but never quite found the right temp/time. I used my Instant pot last summer and the rest if history. Kids have made it clear they prefer perfectly steamed corn to smoky over or under cooked corn. Ha!
 
I'll keep at it....playing with it is half the fun! But I don't have kids at home anymore...;)
