Is there a calibration check for the internal temp probe on the RT-590?
Nothing I cook via recipe has been done close to when it should.
I tried the RT monkey bread recipe right when I got the grill in June/July, and it was only halfway cooked through at time.
Tried a mac and cheese casserole a while ago and it took a lot longer than it should (not an RT recipe).
Tonight, I'm trying the RT cheesecake recipe. It calls for 60-70 minutes at 325 (or until clean toothpick).
At 60 minutes, It's still extremely soupy, around 130 degrees in the middle. It's now been on for at least an extra 35 minutes, and still not coming out clean, still soupy.

The temp gauge has been dead on 325 for most of its run time tonight.
I use RT ultimate blend pellets.
