Trailblazer tryin' somethin new.

Grilling a 2lb roast, brought it up tp 165*F and wrapped in peach paper for the first time to go on up to 203*F. Hope it turns out well.
What kind of roast? How did it turn out?

I can't help but smile thinking one day I'll be able to cook something that small. (no offense)
Currently ~6lbs of meat is the minimum to cook for a meal. (teenagers)

Bark was thinner because you wrapped? Or did you season less? Wrapped and semisoft makes sense.

For 2 of us I can get away with 1 lb of wings, 10 oz cooked weight of pretty much anything else but ribs. 1 rack works for dinner for 2 and lunch for me the next day. A 6 lb raw weight butt is 4-5 meals.

Meals got smaller, grocery bill still got bigger.
