These pork loins turned out pretty darn good. Not quite as juicy as I had hoped. Smoked at 225, I pulled them at 140 on the therma pen. RecTec probes read 155. I am going to calibrate them tomorrow.
Next time ai will pull them at 135.
Nice smoke ring developed.

I have a new Stampede and used it for the first time today. Turkey breast and lamb chops. I used high smoke on LO for one hour and then cook them the rest of the way on normal temps. I used RECTEC competition blend pellets and everyone said the the smoke was perfect. I agree!!!!! Super easy to use and it makes me look like I know what I'm doing!!! I also can say that my temps were unbelievably stable and the RT-590 has more than enough grill space for me. No regrets here!
