I’ve had the trailblazer for a month now. I’ve noticed insane temperature swings. I’m using 2 probes to verify the smoker temperature at grate level (left and right side) and the difference between these probe measurements and the built in “actual temp” reading is crazy. It’s anywhere from 30 to 200 degrees F different. Using lumberjack pellets. I’ve changed the feed rate but that hasn’t helped. At this point I’m wasting expensive meat. Any suggestions beyond feed rate and pellet changes? Close to putting this for sale and going back to stick burning.
