I've got the big 700 for all my low & slow cooks, but would like something for everyday cooks that doesn't swing so much on grill temp when you open the lid. I'm in Nebraska & cook on it year around

Can't decide on the new Bullseye with front shelf or the 400. Give me your thoughts on each. I currently own a 700 & love it, just want to compliment it, & have something not so big during "normal" cooks
