17 lbs/ 11 hrs.....everything went great all the way to the end (even when the severe thunderstorms rolled thru about an hour before the end of the cook) smoke ring, juicy and the taste is out of the park!
Nice morning here in Indiana, no better way to start it then, coffee, sunshine, classic rock in the background,slight breeze and 17 pounds of brisket started on Hot Bertha!
Slow build over three weeks when I've had time. Decided to go ahead and burn in this morning and let the festivities begin!

Built an outdoor kitchen cabinet on my deck to house the new 700 and when trying to set it in place pinched the harness and cut two wires that I now will have to splice back together.
