Had great success being a new Smoker and moving from Treager. Is the Searing kit worth it? How is it used? I'd like to try Ribeye or New York Strip as a first try. Any suggestions are welcomed

Tried degreasing, emptying Hopper and vacuumed out remaining pellets ran it thru test modes. Tonight I set it to 425 with new pellets and it will not rise above 353 in 45 minutes.

Emptied the Hopper and ran in test mode which "pooped" out a lot of pellets some of them a little charred. Vaccummed the remaining pellets out. The grill is a little over a year old. Smoked on it this week and the result was the same. The auger turns, however, it seemed kind of slow to me but...

I smoke on the grill frequently. I've cleaned and vacuumed it out. I've grilled on it recently and everything was fine. Now I have it set and it will not reach the temperature I've set. I hear pellets drop every now and then but also hear was sounds like a plastic gear clicking and then stops...

Yes, that was it. Lil bump. Burn in Done!

Well that was fast. Turn on grill use probe to bump fan and bingo fan started. I was on the call about 3 minutes. I send an update soon. Apparently a one time action. Update-I'm up to 400! Thanks-All for the Guidance.

I'll give them a call this morning. Testing customer service a little early in this relationship but I will give it go to see if it holds up.

Harness is enclosed, visually(thru the bottom) it looks okay, however opening the compartment, I'm sure would void any warranty.

Then I do not have a FAN. there is no way, with what I"m hearing can be heard 10 feet away

Put it in this mode and noted an orangish glow, but that's about it. Put it in FAN mode and noted a very quiet sound just not sure if that is a fan or not.

I hear something just not sure it's the fan, it is very very quiet when compared to my former grill

Added hand full of pellets to the cup. Reassembled and started the grill at 400. I hear what appears to be the auger start and stop at 3-4 second intervals. I then get an error ER2 IGF. I take the grill a apart and the cup is congested. I clear them out noting some burned pellets. I now put some...
