    Griddle Seasoning

    Thanks to everyone who answered. I did go with Grapseed Oil and the method suggested by Roaniecowpony. Worked out very well. I also bought the Ringer suggested by Wfcook for cleanup. Happy Easter!

    Bull 1st Cowboy Ribeye

    That looks good. After you reached the 110, did you just turn the grill to 500 and throw it immediately on the grates? Or did you pull the steak (maybe put in the cold smoke to keep warm or something) while the grates (and grill) got up to temp? Just wondering because the sear looks nice.
