Of the ones you listed, I have only used B&B. cooked good but i notices a significant amount of ash build up after cooking with them. I started going with cooking pellets and have been very pleased.

Another vote for cheese! also someone mentioned to put a bowel of Ice on the rack above the cheese. It help keep the temp around 90 in the box.

Got some wild hog ribs started (2-2-1) Then will be doing some 1+" ribeyes and strip sirloins reverse sear this evening.

I received 6 of 7 boxes today. What arrived was in good condition. No damage. Now I just wonder when my last box will ship. I reviewed my notices and it still shows 1 ready to ship. ?
