Reverse Sear Cowboy Ribeye on RT 700. Cooked at 250 until internal temp reached 110. Then set to Full and seared on Grill Grated for 5 min per side. Taste and texture was incredible.

Look amazing. The key is to take it off around 100 degrees so that the grates finish it at your desired temp. First one i made let it get too hot on grill, grates brought it over 130.
