What is best temp for cooking a pound or two of Bacon on the Bull 700. Want it crispy but not burned.

First, welcome to RecTecForum @Sarge.

Second, define "crispy" seems everyone has a different opinion on what that means. That said a good starting point is 350 for 20 minutes or 275 for 40 minutes.

You got that right. To some its scorched. I like bacon cooked just to the point that there is little or no Fat left.

Now that’s good bacon

Used mats on Bull 700. Set temp for 275 at 30 minutes. I turned it at one point but added 5 more minutes. So at 40 minutes Raised temp to 285 for about 15 to 20 more. Was awesome. Note I used a lean bacon.
