I'm trying to find large 2-3 tiered drying racks for my 590 smoker. The interior is 29" wide and 19" deep. I've found lots of smaller racks. Just wondering if anyone has been able to find racks closer to the larger size. Thanks!

Just be careful the higher you stack the racks the dimensions get shorter.

Have you seen these? You could probably fit 6 going lengthwise.

It's happened already. I made jerky on my smoker but would have loved to make lots more as long as I'm smoking. I'm very new at this but so far I've done several briskets, ribs, and pork butts. I'm hooked! Thanks for the link.

That looks awesome. Nicely done. It can be habit forming so make sure you have a well stocked
freezer for the coming supply shortage!
