Chicken drumsticks turned out good on my Bullseye thanks to a recipe from @BethV. Sprinkled legs with a mixture of salt, pepper, and corn starch. Cooked at 225 for an hour. Turned up to 375 until internal temp of 165 about 45 minutes later. Sauced last 15 minutes with Sugar Ray’s original. Bullseye performed good with LJ Competition blend. Outside temp 48 degrees, auger set at 30 / 3.0.
