Burnt ends dip

I was at our local butcher shop yesterday and my dental hygienist was about to check out when she said three people told her how good the burnt end dip was. I decided to give it a try and bought a package of it and I have to say, it’s pretty darn good. Has anyone else made something like this?

I am way too far from your local butcher and I'm sure his homemade dip is great. I have seen a burnt ends dip at Walmart in the past, but haven't tried it.
