I assume extending the chimney by several feet with a bend in it would mess up air flow quite a bit but the only place my grill fits isn't ideal. Smoke just hovers around the door to the house. How are you dealing with a situation like this? I've put a sheet of plywood behind the grill to keep the house relatively soot free and mounted a fan on it but it's only so helpful.
