I did a reverse sear on some ribeyes and some pork chops last weekend it was delicious. Our guests we're very impressed! That's the only way to cook steaks if you have time.

Question for you guys: do I leave the searing grates in the Bull (not preferred) or should I clean them? If clean them, just soap and water?

Grill grates recommends that for the first couple cooks you avoid cleaning them in the sink until you can get a good “seasoning” built up on it, treat them like a cast iron. So keep debris cleared out of the rails and clean it with a brush and you should be set!
