Bull Cooking time anyone cook swordfish?

I cook swordfish a lot. My family has a place in Maine, we can get it fresh off the boat, it’s great eating.
I’ve never smoked it. Not sure I would, I like a good sear on it, but to each their own.

I cook on a gas grill, 450 degrees + for 3 min or so per side. It really depends on thickness. As long as it’s not over cooked it will be phenomenal.

Good luck and have fun with the new toy!

I have a new RT700 cooking swordfish, 2x baked potatoes and grilled Brussel sprouts just curious any tips
Thanks
Jim
I would do it like @Mac2bdr said. You could put some smoke on it first, say 30-60 mins at 180-225. I would use a lighter pellet like apple/cherry/alder.
