So the delivery went mostly smooth except the showed up 3 hours early. It ended up working out I guess so threw it together and did a hot and fast chicken thighs and bacon cook. Everything came out delicious and moist I have no complaints at all and am extremely happy I picked the recteq over the other brands. I’m so excited to learn from all you.
