I'm pretty sure these grills when first introduced only had a 2 year warranty, later on in 2019 RecTec upped the warranty to 4 years. Don't worry they will be there for you and a call to RecTec would probably be best. What I posted is on Rec Tec support page for the Rt 590 Stampede.

Soooo they sent him an old manual

All the manuals are on line now and grills haven't been sent with manuals for a long time. I'm thinking if the grill he got came with a manual they sent a new grill but one that's been in sitting in stock for awhile.

Their site says 4 years. I figure that’s right. It’s weird that the manual that I just downloaded from their site is an old version.

Definitely weird The warranty page I sent you yesterday I downloaded of RecTec site too.
