17 lbs/ 11 hrs.....everything went great all the way to the end (even when the severe thunderstorms rolled thru about an hour before the end of the cook) smoke ring, juicy and the taste is out of the park!
Looks good. Briskets that I have done that were that size took longer than 11 hours. What temp did cook at?
My last 14lb full brisket took about 18hours.
