8.5 pork butt smoked overnight, maple bacon smoked cream cheese used for Texas Twinkies.
Filling for Twinkies: smoked cc, smoked Gouda, chorizo. Chicken legs brined overnight, smoked for 1.5 hours at 225 then seared on gas grill. Go Pats!
