Many have made their own shelf and turned out quite nicely, the 590 shelf is stupid expensive and not deep/wide enough. Yes I got one with mine, kind of regret it due to what I just mentioned.

@Motodad1776 ,Good to know. I had one on my 700 and it was of a good size.
I’ll look for hardware. The shelf I have material for.
Would you know if there is hardware that would be a retrofit?

They do require drilling a couple of mounting holes in the grill legs. I especially liked the front-facing release lever for easy folding, when desired.
