Venison roast and Cornish game hens rubbed with mayo and Greek seasoning and each stuffed with a half smoked onion (which were previously smoked in butter and bouillon).

The mushrooms and green beans for the casserole went on with the meat, so they had a smokey flavor and I made a goat cheese and bacon cream sauce instead of using cream of mushroom soup.

From the same grill session: smoked deviled eggs, some topped with smoked salmon from a day earlier, all done on the Rec Tec RT-700 BULL!!
