Todays cookout:
St. Louis pork ribs on the RT-700, 3-2-1 method with Texas dry rub and bbq sauce on the side. They had a nice bite, tender and juicy. Accompaniments were homemade potato salad, corn on the cob, and homemade peach pie with vanilla ice cream. I also smoked some Cheez-its with Texas dry rub and a few smoked hard-boiled eggs.
I took the ribs off the smoker just in time to miss the daily violent thunderstorms - Mother Nature's fireworks!
