Help on Boston Butt

I need a ballpark estimate on how long a 3lb Butt will take to cook if wrapping at 150?

1.5-2 hrs per pound is a good estimate...

1.5-2 sounds about right, depending on cook temp. I usually cook larger ones so don't have experience to share on a 3 pounder.

I did 1 hour per pound last week on a 7lb butt, wrapped it at 160° and took it off at 202°.
The butt lasted about a 1.5 days then poof, it was gone
