I just put a Brisket on my grill. It is set to extreme smoke for a 180 degrees temp. I see a lot of smoke coming from the pellet box versus the stack. If I open the pellet box, its a big whiff of smoke that comes out. I cooked something earlier today at 500, but let the grill cool to 150 before putting back at 180.
Am I doing something wrong?
