Bull Just won a SWEET 700!

FNG to Rec Tec here, I got a phone call yesterday that was life-changing. So a few months ago I purchased a 20 dollar raffle ticket for a Rec Tec 700 (1 out of 600 tickets) and yesterday my ticket was selected. I'm coming from a Traeger 22 so this is a big step up for me. Photos of the actual grill from the raffle. It also comes with some custom grates with the foundation's logo. I'm pretty pumped, I will update when the grill comes in.

I already placed a hefty order with Code 3 spices ahead of all the cooking that will be taking place at my house in the following weeks!

Anything I need to know coming from Traeger?

She looks beautiful my friend, congratulations!! It's one hell of a piece of kit. One bit of advice - try to think of her as less of a smoker, and more of an outdoor woodfired oven that can also be used as an excellent smoker. I've roasted veggies in it even more often than I've smoked stuff in it.

You're gonna love it.
