They do understand as our jerky does not taste processed like store bought. I make multiple flavors as well.

Do you do beef only for your jerky? I have a friend not far from me that sells bison jerky that he makes and it is wonderful!
Greg, I will do beef, elk, bear, venison, it depends on what I feel like at the time. I enjoy it and people eat it up.
Got a website? I think they would be great stocking stuffers.
I might give Bison a try.

I once stared down a bison in a South Dakota state park while I’m on a Harley, being blocked by the bison. Bison won, so I’d expect a brisket to be massive!I might give Bison a try.
