LJ Maple Pellets

Has anyone tried out LJ Maple Pellets?

Sorry, that's not a LJ flavor I've tried. I have used Kingsford Maple and it was good with pork. Did not like it with chicken, but might have been a bad combination with the seasoning I used.

I haven't tried the LJ's, but I did find a bag of Cuisinart maple bourbon pellets at walmart, and they were pretty good for smoking a turkey.

Hi Charles, this is one I have not tried. I have used the competition blend, which includes maple. That led me to try a 50/50 mix of single flavor bags of hickory and cherry. That has become one I use often.
