New 700 owner

I'm awaiting my model 700 to be delivered on Monday, May 3rd. Unlike most, I've been a pellet cooker even before it was cool. I've got a very nice competition trailer stick burner from GatorPit. But not having a lot of free time, I also purchased a Memphis Pro in 2009. It was a great smoker/grill for many years. After all the use through the years, it needed replacement parts to bring it back up to speed. Those parts were over $850. I saw no need to put that kind of money in a pellet grill of that age. So after lots of reading and talking with other cooks and a special nudge from Carlo Casanova, I ordered the 700. I'm especially excited to try out the wifi from the golf course. I like to post lots of pictures and recipes, and help those new cooks learning to smoke and que. And yes, my handle is my profession. Hope to make some new friends

along the way as well.

You're going to enjoy the RT700! The only way I know to explain the experience coming from my old off set smoker is it feels like cheating!
