Picked up a 380 for RV use but it's high temperature has me using it at home more then I thought. Currently looking at pizza and griddle options.

Welcome to the forum! The 380 is a great RV cooker. We used to take ours whenever we took the fifth wheel out. It is also our near daily grill.
