New Owner in NY

Ive been a previous owner of various smoking and grilling implements over the years, but when my smoker AND grill both needed replacing this summer, I was able to convince the wife that the RT-700 Bull could handle both, and we could save space on the deck. So I pulled the trigger and cant be happier. Temp control, the wifi, the searing plates - I feel like there's nothing I can't make on this beast. So far Ive done pulled pork, ribs, steaks, chicken, burgers. Everything has come out amazing, to rave reviews from friends and family. Cooks great and looks great - the bull horn handles always get their share of attention!
