Pork Tenderloin Dinner

After cleaning the bull, I braided Two pork tenderloins. This was a first tenderloin cook. Turned out with good smoke flavor and very juicy. Took off the bull at 135, carryover to 140.

Split the tenderloin into 3 strips leave the top connected and then google how to braid! ??

She is a very crafty person I'm sure she could do it, now if I can just get her away from making masks for everyone.

Thank You, She gets about maybe 4 or 5 hours of sleep a night. Me I'm crashed on the couch with the puppy with the sewing machine running full time next to the bedroom.

Mostly looks cool BUT I do think getting the rub all over the braids, inside and out, makes it tastier. Mostly cool looks. ??

My wife and daughter are essential workers, daughter is a 911 operator working crazy hours with 3 special needs kids home out of school. The wife is a grocery store worker luckily kinda behind the scenes as a cake decorator trying to put smiles on people's face with some of the crazy cake designs she makes.
