Was perusing various forums and ran across one where someone asked "how much pork do I need to feed 200 people". Someone posted a link to a calculator for just that purpose, I checked it out and thought it was pretty slick and wanted to share it with all of you.

When we make tacos (small street taco size tortillas) at home, I have measured about 1 1/2 oz of cooked pulled pork per taco on average, and can go to 2 oz if you go big on the pork, when tacos are made in the standard gringo way, that included lettuce, cheese, tomato, and salsa.
