That looks delicious. What internal temp did you cook to?
 
135.. Smoked on low till 110.. Pulled it, Then cranked up to high, and finished on grill grates 2 minutes per side.
 
Looks good! I did this one to 120F then cheated and finished in cast iron on my Weber has at 1000F for a minute in each side.
