Bullseye Thanksgiving Turkey

Is it possible to do a 20+ pound turkey on the bullseye or is it too short with the lid on
 
@Krakrjak I could be wrong but I think a 20 pound turkey is going to be to big to fit in a Bullseye, that is without doing a spatchcock.
 
I agree with Mike here. I prefer to cook my whole chicken and turkeys using spatchcock method anyway. For me, it's perfect for Thanksgiving because I end up cutting it all up anyway before we start the feed line.
 
Could you guys please elaborate on this method as I am just now getting into smoking
 
I got one of these "Lid Extensions" that I used to use to cook BIG turkeys on my Weber Kettle. I haven't unpacked my Bullseye yet, but I'm hoping I can get it to work.
