The box was strapped to a pallet and the driver took it off for me. Hopefully everything is in good shape inside...awesome! box is in great shape. hopefully the contents are also. i used to work at lowes as an assembly guy. i built all the grill and displays. cheap grills take forever to put together, you always had to pry on them to line holes up. the recteq was a breeze, every thing lined up perfectly just like i would expect on at $1200 grill. enjoy your grill
The video is definitely part of the plan...I just watched this video before I started and found that I didn't even need to look up anything afterward.
Unfortunately, it'll most likely be me, myself & I.The most important thing is an extra set of hands...I of course did it myself & wished I didn't.
It'll be OK. Take your time & have alcohol for afterwards. Be sure you are clear on the bolts, nuts, washers for each step & have it all staged as you progress.Unfortunately, it'll most likely be me, myself & I.
I still haven't put my Bull together. After reading this forum and seeing a 20 page thread about changing out the auger motor I'm wondering if mine is already obsolete? ......Going to try and build mine this afternoon.Congrats on the new grill! Mine is still on its way to me, anxious to get set up and cooking
they may tell you to trash it. if thats the case you should do a dual firepot build!Mine is on a truck and should be delivered within the next few hours…three weeks since the original order. First one was damaged beyond repair. Funny thing is Rec Teq still hasn’t sent me instructions for returning the damaged grill
Not sure what that is. But sounds interesting. I was also thinking turning it into a cold smoker. I’d have a bit of metal work to do though.they may tell you to trash it. if thats the case you should do a dual firepot build!
