So after assembly and burn in Thursday evening it was pretty late so I threw on some Chicken leg quarters.
So I planned Saturday to get up around 6 and have the brisket on by 7. That got tossed out the window when I was called out at 4 AM to assist with a major accident. So started around 9 AM. But everything turned out great! Flavor was a little different but some of that is I traditionally cook with mesquite. Oh and my family guardian rescue shepherd approves! :)

Thanks everyone. There is a bit of a learning curve but I am really happy with my choice in the Rec Tec. Bing able to switch from low and slow for the meats, Twist the knob and then I'm over 350 and grilling veggies. So cool!

Quite a spread you got there. Looks great!
