First of all a big thanks to Rec Tec for building such a great product. Bought the RT 700 at the FunFest in Evans. Assembled that night but due to all the rain just started using this past week. I have a larger smoker in a smokehouse in the backyard but plan on using this one for smaller cooks. Started off with Chicken Thighs. Cooked at 350 for an hour on Grill Grates. I used Malcom Reeds Killer Hogs AP Rub which is amazing.

I love how chicken thighs taste on the Bull! Our favorite is lemon pepper from Kinders.

Looks great. What is your bigger smoker?
