    Ha, wings are next. Just bought a 10 pound bag at Sam's. I know fresh are better, but quantity rules. Recepies anyone?? Dry rub or smoke then spin in hot sauce? I got the sauce and spice bundle. Maybe try a few combinations.

    Chicken was crazy-juicy and had good flavor. Skin was fairly crispy but the kids are not sold on the smokey skin flavor. Too many years of dried out gASS grilled chicken breasts. Who would have thought that "properly" cooked foods would take some getting used to!?!
