Trailblazer 6.7 lb bnless butt, your opinion on time, any tips ??

I've found it to be closer to the higher estimates at 225. Plus it's much easier/less stressful to throw it in a cooler for a few hours if it's done early than it is to keep cranking up the temperature when you have hungry guests. I apply my rub 12hrs before if I can and wrap it in saran wrap...

When you have a great grill it is great to be grateful. Just grate.

Did a brisket yesterday and it was so satisfying to have a device that behaved as it should. Woke up at 3AM, turned the Bull on from my bed, it was up to temp and the meat was on by 3:15. I didn't have to worry about hopper issues, controller issues, temp. issues, grease issues, not a single...

Bull Resolved! So this is the first thing I see... after unboxing

That's probably a good point. I can only have one at a time and I'm expecting the Bull to last for as long as I want to use it. I can imagine the conversation with my wife about WSFv2, so you already have a $1200+ smoker that works perfectly fine and you want to buy another one? I don't think...

Bull Resolved! So this is the first thing I see... after unboxing

Just to add to what Brian said, I had mine for about 3 weeks and when it was working, it was great. I could get to a full 600 degrees in 20 minutes, so searing without the need for grill grates. It produced excellent smoke, better than the Bull honestly. It's just that I had nothing but...

Bull Ribeyes on the new Bull

Yep, I did it very close to that video. Used Weber Chicago Steak seasoning. I had it set for 250, but my wife got delayed at work, so I bumped it down to 180. Took them off at about 115 - 120 and cranked it up to high. Covered them in foil. It was cold and windy, so I put them back on when...

Bull Ribeyes on the new Bull

Finally got a chance to grill these up. Snake River Farms Wagyu Ribeyes. Reverse seared using the grill grates. Probably the best steaks I’ve ever had.

Bull New Bull PSA - Make sure fan is spinning

Just a little PSA in case this happens to anyone else. Make sure the fan is spinning. Got everything assembled and started up the Bull to do the burn-in. Started smoking, waited about 15-20 minutes, but it never started up. I thought maybe I put too many pellets in the burn pot to start, so...

Bull Resolved! So this is the first thing I see... after unboxing

After reading all the responses, I decided to go take a look at mine. I do indeed have some of the same marks on mine, just not nearly as bad. I guess I just didn't even notice them. Hopefully they are able to take care of you, although I totally understand how you feel. Maybe if this was...

    SmokeFire Returned, Back to RecTec

Oh, I didn't even think to ask that. I was expecting them to call 30 minutes ahead, but nope he called when he was at my house. He ended up just leaving it sitting in front of my garage and I used a couple furniture dollys to get the pallet moved inside.

    SmokeFire Returned, Back to RecTec

I the owners phone numbers are definitely on that card. Although I'm sure they're not that hard to find if you do lose it.

    SmokeFire Returned, Back to RecTec

My Bull arrived today and I am super impressed with the build quality! It's one thing to read about it, but it's another thing to see and feel it. Man is it heavy! I didn't have enough time to actually fire it up, so I am looking forward to that tomorrow. Will post about the startup and some...

    New brand on the market

That's what I like to hear! We love the Weber steak seasoning, too.

    Greetings from South Florida

My situation is almost exactly the same, although I did have a little detour with the WSF. Get my Bull on Tuesday, so interested in hearing your thoughts more specifically related to how it does as a grill coming from a kettle user.
