590 Won't heat up right

I've had my 590 for about 7 months Has been working perfectly but yesterday it started off working great running at 250
held temp great then I raised to 350 it would not get above 275 then today I turned it on full and some pellets were black
but did not catch fire for about a half hour
spoke to CS and I have to wait until grill cools down call them back and they will help me out
just wondered if you guys had any ideas
its always cleaned out

Having the same issue right now. My temp would not reach 450 and took forever to get to 390. Never got to 450. Thought it was my pellets so I bought new ones today. Put a handful in the hopper and turned on my smoker and they never ignited. Extremely frustrated. 2nd issue I’ve had. The first one was minor but still frustrating

Please explain "put a handful in the hopper and turned on my smoker and they never ignited".

A handful would not be enough to fill the auger, and it takes a bit for pellets to feed from the hopper to the fire box.
