Home alone again. I was craving bbq and actually started searching online for bbq. But a frozen dinner was easier.

Pretty well balanced. 3 food groups are covered. 5, if you count the veggies in the sauce and fruit in the vino

I'm tough, but sometimes I don't know how I endure it. :rolleyes:

Those spares are from Feb 2021, and the pulled pork from the fall of 2021, and the smoked Brazillian sausage from last week. Kinda like a bbq excursion to a new joint. Just had to thaw it.

I hadn't had the Chris n Pitts sauce since probably sometime when my dad was alive in the early 80s. He liked that sauce. It brought back some memories. Nice tarty tang and tomato base. Timeless. The Rectec sauce is a tart mustard-y/vinegar-y thin sauce that I put on the pulled pork.
 
The old freezer had another buried treasure that I found today...brisket chili. That was our late lunch just now. My wife says our freezer is pretty good.
