Other Chicken Fajita Potato Skins

This is actually a baked potato with the inside scooped out and filled with Fajita seasoned chicken( pre-cooked) and topped with sharp cheddar cheese and homemade bacon bits. I thought about making these a while back and gonna try them tonight for the first time. I take the insides of the potatoes and make potato salad. I plan on cooking these in my RT-590 later tonight. Enjoy

Nice. What time and temp did you go with and any after pics?
I cooked them for 20-25 minutes @ 400°. You can just take them out of oven when the cheese looks done to your liking. Sorry, I have no after pictures . I was hungry. LOL
