I got rid of my Weber gas grill and added a Summit charcoal grill. High price but wow I had forgotten how much better grilling with charcoal is over gas. I have a 680 and love it for ribs but let’s face it. A ribeye taste so much better seared on coals. Plus I find the Summit is a big green egg in sheet steel. Low and slow with this puppy is almost as easy as the 680.
