All, my name is Jimmy and I just bought a Rec Tec Trailblazer used. First cook was Saturday and...I AM IMPRESSED!

I am not new to grilling or smoking. I have a Big Green Egg (my fav), SS Weber Genesis, and a Blackstone. I wanted a pellet grill because I’ve heard a lot about their convenience. This Trailblazer is a Lil Beast!

Maiden voyage was robs followed by tenderloin the next day. Results so far....they both were as good as anything I’ve cooked.
