Everything I’ve cooked on my 590 has come out amazing! I just did center cut pork chops. 250 for an hour and ten minutes. Put a thin layer of Kinder sugar free sauce on top and cranked temp to full. I pulled the chops at 150. They came out crazy good! I used RecTeq pellets at a feed rate of 6%. I seriously think they are the best chops I’ve ever had. Nice smoke ring and extremely moist.
