Thank you will give them a goI hope still ok to post here. Made these Pork Shoulder Steaks last week. Man were they good. Rubbed with Oakridge BBQ Smoked Chili and Lime rub. Basic brine for about 7 hours before going on the pit. I have to confess however, I cooked them on my Weber Kettle grill over charcoal. I did not use the 680 for this cook. They were outstanding. I am pretty sure they would come out just as good on the 680 or any other pellet pit.
