Bull rectec app issue creating account - solved

Just put together the RT-700 and trying to get connected. I downloaded the latest app from Apple and am trying to create an account. I entered my first name, last name, and email and clicked 'get code'. Code sent to email address but when I enter it in the Verification Code section, the 'CREATE ACCOUNT' bar doesn't activate so I can create an account. I see the seconds wind down to 0. Then I get another code and try it again, but have the same results. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong, or is it an app problem? I've tried it with my iPhone connected to multiple networks (both 2.4 and 5G) as well as only cellular.

User error. Really had to try to enter passwords hard. Had to click in that field multiple times for a key board to come up for some reason.
